The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effects of the BWG Community Action Planning Guide (BWG-CAPG) (https://ctb.ku.edu/sites/default/files/files/
site_files/bwg_community_action_planning_guide.pdf). The BWG-CAPG is a planning and guiding process for a community coalition of partners (sectors) coordinating efforts to prevent the Word Gap in the community’s population of young children and improve community-wide school readiness rates.
