New Report Indicates Systemic Racism May Be Affecting our Youngest Learners
High quality early intervention services provided through IDEA (the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) are critical to putting children with delays and disabilities on a path to long-term success. Yet children of color often face barriers to accessing these services.
